Terms and Conditions: La termoteca x SQUARE Giveaway

1. ORGANIZING ENTITIES
This giveaway is jointly organized by La termoteca (@la_termoteca) and SQUARE ( @square.fitness.studio) through their official Instagram profiles.

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND PARTICIPATION
This promotion is valid for residents in Spanish territory. However, free shipping of the prize is only included for destinations within mainland Spain. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the winner must fully cover the transportation costs and, if applicable, customs management fees and local taxes (IGIC, AIEM, etc.).

3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD 
The giveaway will be active from Monday, March 9, 2026 until Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time).

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
To participate validly, the user must complete the following steps on the official Instagram post:

1. Follow the accounts: @la_termoteca and @square.fitness.studio.

2. "Like" the giveaway post.

3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the post.

5. THE PRIZE
One (1) thermal product (thermos, bottle, or cup) will be raffled, chosen by the winner from the models available on La termoteca's website.

• Availability: The prize is strictly subject to the stock availability of La termoteca at the time of selection.

• Personalization: Includes personalized laser engraving, subject to the technical possibilities and engraving surfaces of La termoteca's products.

• Logistics:  Shipping at no extra cost only for addresses within the Peninsula. For winners residing outside the Peninsula, shipping will be at the winner's expense, who may choose the transportation method or request to pick up the prize at La termoteca's facilities.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND COMMUNICATION
The winner will be randomly selected on Monday, March 16, 2026.

• The result will be communicated via a comment on the official post and through Instagram Stories.

• The winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) to coordinate the model, design, and verify the shipping address for logistics purposes (according to the conditions in Point 2). If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new drawing will be held.

7. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the LOPDGDD, La termoteca and SQUARE inform that the personal data requested from the winner (name, shipping address, and phone number) will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the delivery of the prize and the personalization of the product.

The legal basis for this processing is the winner's consent by voluntarily providing their data via Direct Message. The data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the courier company for shipping execution. Once the promotion is concluded and delivery confirmed, the data will be deleted from our giveaway management databases, unless legally obliged otherwise. The winner may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion by contacting the organizers.
